I found the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware can remove this virus. But I use it with Avira AntiVir Personal. Both of them are freeware. The reason that I use Avira AntiVir Personal with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is that when Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is scanning, some virus may be active to work. Avira AntiVir Personal can catch it right the way. The laptop that I was scanned by Avira AntiVir Personal and didn't found any thing before I was running Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. However, when Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is scanning, there were some viruses were found by Avira AntiVir Personal. Here are the steps:

      1) Install both Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Avira AntiVir Personal. You may need to start the computer in Safe Mode if it responses very slowly.
      2) Run Malwarehbytes' Anti-Malware to scan the computer while Avira AntiVir Personal is active,
      3) Keep a report before you delete the infected files
      4) Repeat above scan for a couple times, if there is no infected files found, then restart the computer for a last scan, then you should be safe.
      5) Check and see if there is any system files you need to restore.
      6) If possible, download a-squared Free to scan the computer again. scan a few times until there is no virus found
      7) Finally, You can download CCleaner to to clean up the system and register. You will then see the overall performance improve a lot. When running the CCleaner to clean up register, better to save backup copy first. Also, run it a few times until all things a clean up.
      8) Good luck
